Female Battle Camp and Silver Power Skating - Liverpool
This is a camp designed with the female player in mind. While there is no "body checking" in female hockey many of the principles of the skill of checking are vital to a player's success. The power skating elements of this camp include those in the SILVER camp (balance and control, forward stride, backward stride, forward crossovers, backward crossovers, starts, stops, turns, transitions, pivots, agility and lateral movement), while the battle camp will enforce elements such as body positioning, stick checks, contact and contact confidence.
